Welcome to my blog. I kept promising myself I’d actually use it. Now I’m using it.
So, I’ve written a play! An actual two act play! That play now has a cast, a date is set, and it’s really happening. What have I done?
Nobody Inn is being performed at the Arden Theatre this August and I could not be more excited/terrified. While this has been a traumatising process of creation so far, I could not be happier with how the play is coming together. We have a fantastic director/co-director team and wonderful cast.
Those of you that like seeing me on stage will be happy to hear that I also have a part in Nobody Inn. I play Mr Hynes. That’s all I’m going to tell you about my role.
A little more about the play? Sure, have a synopsis:
‘Nobody Inn’ – A brand new laugh-a-minute mystery!Nobody Inn | 19th-23rd August
A jolly rotten storm and unfortunate road accident have brought an unlikely group of people together for an unexpected stay at the Nobody Inn. The reluctant guests of this sub-standard hotel didn’t really need any additional reasons to grumble, however, the discovery of a dead body would just about put the cherry firmly atop the cake. A botched investigation prolongs the unwanted stay and the guests’ belief in coincidences is tested to the limits.
